Jr Graphic Designer

Medicinal Mad Honey is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer that wants to get in on the ground floor of a well-established, fast-growing organization that is disrupting the wellness industry. Adobe Illustrator proficiency, creative mindset, and meticulous attention to detail are required.

Who You Are?

• 1-2 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing creative projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and familiar with other design tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative yet analytical, with a passion for wellness and natural products.
• Knowledge of branding and packaging design is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).

What You’ll Do?

• Create and modify packaging designs and dielines using Adobe Illustrator for mad honey and wellness products.
• Measure product dimensions and design precise packaging to ensure a secure fit and premium unboxing experience.
• Evaluate and adjust customer-submitted artwork to prepare files for production.
• Use templates to create visually appealing product mockups for marketing and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding materials, social media graphics, and promotional content.
• Assist with other graphic design tasks as needed to support the company’s creative vision.
• Report to the Creative Director, with opportunities to learn from the company’s Founder and accelerate your career through hands-on experience.
