CONTACT US
Where do I find my batch number?

It is printed on your jar label and starts with MH. Enter it exactly as shown, with or without spaces.

Why do I need a batch number?

Every harvest is tested separately, so the batch number makes sure you see the laboratory report for the honey in your jar.

My batch number isn't recognised, what do I do?

Check it against your jar label (it starts with MH) and try again. If it still isn't found, contact us with a photo of the label and we'll send you the report.

Who tests your mad honey?

Every batch is tested by an independent, accredited food-analysis laboratory in Germany.

Why is the lab report only for jar owners?

Each report applies only to the sample and batch it covers, so we show it against the batch number on your jar rather than as a general claim for all honey.
