Website Developer

Medicinal Mad Honey is looking for a Junior Shopify Developer with frontend expertise who wants to get in on the ground floor of a well-established, fast-growing organization disrupting the wellness industry. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid is required, with cheers if you know backend development, Shopify app creation, hosting, and cPanel.

Who You Are?

• 1-2 years of web development experience, with a portfolio showcasing Shopify projects.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify's Liquid templating language.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative yet analytical, with a passion for wellness, e-commerce, and natural products.
• Knowledge of backend development, Shopify apps, hosting, and cPanel is a huge plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field (preferred).

What You’ll Do?

• Customize and optimize Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid for mad honey and wellness product pages.
• Build dynamic storefront elements, product mockups, and responsive designs to enhance user experience and conversions.
• Integrate and tweak customer-submitted assets, evaluate themes, and prepare files for seamless e-commerce deployment.
• Develop or enhance Shopify apps, handle backend logic if applicable, manage hosting setups, and utilize cPanel for site maintenance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages, promotional banners, and conversion-focused graphics.
• Assist with other development tasks to support the company’s online growth and creative vision.
• Report to the Creative Director, with opportunities to learn from the company’s Founder and accelerate your career through hands-on experience.
