Grayanotoxin ( GTX ) is the unique occurring neurotoxin properties found in wild rhododendron flowers. Wild Himalayan Giants bees collect these chemical compounds from the nectar of rhododendrons and process them in the form of honey. A higher GTX value indicated a higher level of psychedelic and hallucinating effects in Mad Honey. In simple terms, the higher the GTX, the more potent the honey is.
