RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. The returned items should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and mail the return to the following address:

REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your return. Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days from receiving your item to complete this process. Refunds may appear on your credit card statement in 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your credit card company. An email notification will be sent to you once the return process is completed.
